Our story
John’s story reads like the children’s book If You Give a Mouse a Cookie…
In 2020, a well-meaning gift of an espresso machine led to an appreciation for quality coffee. An appreciation for quality coffee started a search for the best beans and a “could we do better” approach. A “could we do better” approach led to buying a half-pound coffee roaster and ordering green beans from all over the world. This in turn led to conversations with friends about the best coffee.
